Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga emphasizes the strength of muscle training. By contracting & stretching the muscle, muscles are to be strengthened & increased in flexibility.

Hatha is fast-paced & fluid, as a Yang practice which helps the one to retain passion, eager for new challenge, willing to explore oneself, full of hope & positive energy.

Yin Yoga

Mindfulness Yin Yoga emphasizes relaxation with breathing practice. By holding the posture for long to train up our patience, it also helps to stimulate the connective tissue & revitalizes our internal organs.

Yin yoga is passive, stay still & slow, as a Yin practice which helps the one to release stress, be calm & trust one’s own feeling, make no criticism, enhance emotional control, exploring with infinity, enrich one’s beliefs, let go with love.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga emphasize the balance of yin & yang, lacking of balance in the body will cause disease. Each simple asana practice has different therapeutic effects. There is no need for difficulty postures, as long as you find the right way to practice, progress gradually, feel the inner physical & mentally reaction, perceptions with an on going practice, your body will definitely improve.


Singing Bowl

The bowl is made of seven kinds of metal which that each bowl with its own unique sound frequency. The sound of a wooden stick tapping on the bowl produces a heavy overtone that corresponds to the frequency of the universe and instantly settles us down, bringing us to peace. The sound of the bowls is a powerful way to connect personal consciousness with the original consciousness of the universe.

Through sound vibrations, abnormalities or disintegrations in the body are rearranged to a healthy state, which has a sound healing effect and helps to revitalize cells & organs inside our body.
